Charge cord missing from camera package

Asked for a charge cord to be sent in February.

Called them again in April to find out if it had been sent and was told somebody would call me.

Got a voicemail with a FedEx tracking number that was not used gor two weeks.(made me wonder)

At the end of June, I recieved the WRONG cord. Iwas sent an hdmi cable, which I ALREADY had.

This was a frustrating experience.

Everyone I talked to was in India.

The number I was given was in New Jersey, and I STILL didn't talk to a LIVE person, but was told to leave my information on a voice recording.

Guess they have a Language Barrier in New Jersey too.

I SPECIFICALLY stressed that I needed CHARGE CORD, and that I already had the T.V. HDMI CABLE.

They don't CARE at that company ENOUGH, to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I couldn't locate a charge cord for the camera ANYWHERE on the internet.

I wound up having my son find me one, which he had to PAY FOR.

I can't give you a product review, because I have had the camera for 8 months and I am STILL waiting to try it out.

Issues with Vivitar car phone holder

Car phone holder purchased from Walgreens in may. Worked a very short while and Im ready to toss. Doesnt stick, falls when driving. Granted it was only $15 but regardless it doesnt work!! Any restitution here?? Thanks Carolyn Trudeau

Charge cord missing from camera package

I have been waiting four months to receive a cord to charge my camera.

I have gotten absolutely nowhere with the company. The customer service personell have all come out of India and cannot satisfy my complaint.

I was given a tracking number for Fedex, which is only in the process of a "Label Created" and has NEVER BEEN GIVEN TO FEDEX.

A complete DEAD END. I do not recommend buying ANYTHING from this company. I have a useless camera, nor can I return it, because the date to return has expired.

I have been defrauded and it appears there will be no satisfaction at all. I will NEVER buy another product from Vivitar again.

We bought the tripod expandable selfie stick. We chose this one because it looked great. Well it's leg broke right away by closing it then it's light button stuck down and then completely waisted off from base. This isn't worth the 20 I blew on it I don't recommend it at all. Shame on you guys

Can't get resolution

Have made multiple calls because I purchased the light ring that was missing parts. Don't waste your time calling corporate, they will not reply. Been waiting over a week since last contact. Customer service will repeat we apologize for the service you have received but don't worry we will take care of it. 6 calls to customer service, and they told me they would send me a return label. After they receive it back in 3 to 4 weeks, you will get another one. So much for holidays. Worst service ever.

Headphones dont work

I bought headphones and they worked for one day. I put them on charge and they never worked again. I called customer service and the guy told me i had to have a receipt of purchase so they can talk to the store. Who keeps a receipt for a week or two after purchasing something that suppose to be a quality product. Yes I'm pissed. I would have been happy if he would have said ok send the product in to an address and we'll replace it.

I call the 800 number listed on the instructions in my Vivitar smart camera system box and is also listed on the internet and I was connected immediately to an automated recording telling me about a medical alert safety button and that is where the nightmare started. They never acknowledged me asking for customer service they didn't acknowledge me answering know when I didn't want the offer and connected me to 10 other offers and never got actually customer service. works product other offers
