I need help reconnecting my vivitar 117 camera to a new wifi
Charge cord missing from camera package
Asked for a charge cord to be sent in February.
Called them again in April to find out if it had been sent and was told somebody would call me.
Got a voicemail with a FedEx tracking number that was not used gor two weeks.(made me wonder)
At the end of June, I recieved the WRONG cord. Iwas sent an hdmi cable, which I ALREADY had.
This was a frustrating experience.
Everyone I talked to was in India.
The number I was given was in New Jersey, and I STILL didn't talk to a LIVE person, but was told to leave my information on a voice recording.
Guess they have a Language Barrier in New Jersey too.
I SPECIFICALLY stressed that I needed CHARGE CORD, and that I already had the T.V. HDMI CABLE.
They don't CARE at that company ENOUGH, to make sure the customer is satisfied.
I couldn't locate a charge cord for the camera ANYWHERE on the internet.
I wound up having my son find me one, which he had to PAY FOR.
I can't give you a product review, because I have had the camera for 8 months and I am STILL waiting to try it out.

Charge cord missing from camera package
I have been waiting four months to receive a cord to charge my camera.
I have gotten absolutely nowhere with the company. The customer service personell have all come out of India and cannot satisfy my complaint.
I was given a tracking number for Fedex, which is only in the process of a "Label Created" and has NEVER BEEN GIVEN TO FEDEX.
A complete DEAD END. I do not recommend buying ANYTHING from this company. I have a useless camera, nor can I return it, because the date to return has expired.
I have been defrauded and it appears there will be no satisfaction at all. I will NEVER buy another product from Vivitar again.

After inserting a new memory card, the camera is totally dysfunctional. I would appreciate instructions, etc. to return the camera and apply for a refund. It’s been a waste of time. Gerald Gipp
